- The Vertys-SJEC12 is designed in Great Britain for discerning players who share the ecologically responsible Mariner philosophy. Beautiful solid Paulownia wood is used to construct the Vertys body. It is sustainably plantation grown, fast growing and re-generates when harvested. It is strong yet light in weight, making it a comfortable guitar to play. A cutaway body styling makes access to the upper frets a breeze. The solid Sitka Spruce top provides a dynamic and powerful acoustic response. The guitar is handsomely bound with multiple wood purfling and has a high gloss natural finish. The Nato neck has a one piece shaft and headstock for maximum strength and is fitted to the body with a precision dovetail joint. The fingerboard and bridge are cut from Sonokeling, a sustainably managed species of East Indian Rosewood.
- This model is fitted with the highly respected Fishman under-saddle pick-up and Presys Plus EQ system. A built-in precision tuner allows for easy control of tuning in practice or performance environments.
- Part of our Green Series, Vertys models uel no fossil fuel based materials and the nut and bridge saddle material is bone which also enhances tone and sustain. Premium die-cast machine heads are fitted together with D'Addario EXP Medium-Light gauge phosphor Btonze strings.
